From the morning climb to the evening sunset, experience the wild side of Wadi Rum that few travelers ever see.

Morning – Hike Jordan’s Highest Mountain

  • Meet at 9:00 AM at the Wadi Rum Rest House.
  • Depart by 4x4 jeep and head south to the remote base of Jebel Umm Ad Dami, near the Saudi border.
  • Begin your moderate-to-challenging hike, taking your time to climb at a steady pace.
  • Reach the summit for 360° panoramic views across the desert and mountains of southern Jordan.
  • Rest at the top, take incredible photos, and enjoy a short tea break before descending. (The full hike takes around 4–5 hours round trip).

Midday – Lunch in the Wilderness

  • After descending, Salem will prepare a fresh Bedouin lunch in a shaded area.
  • Enjoy tea, juice, and some well-earned rest before continuing the tour.

Afternoon – Wadi Sabat Canyon Walks

  • Explore the hidden canyons and rocky trails of Wadi Sabat, a quiet area near the border.
  • Visit ancient Nabatean inscriptions and hike through peaceful desert gorges.

Evening – Sunset at Umm Sabata

  • End the day at one of the most scenic sunset points in Wadi Rum: Umm Sabata.
