At Wadi Rum Bedouin Tours, we don't require any deposit or prepayment to confirm your booking. We believe in the Bedouin principle of trust — your word is enough to secure your adventure with us.
Because we operate on this trust and late cancellations directly impact our preparations and local team, we kindly ask that you honor our straightforward cancellation terms if your plans must change unexpectedly.
Rescheduling Your Tour
We aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to change your tour date:
- Please contact us as early as you can via WhatsApp or email.
- Rescheduling is subject to tour and guide availability on your new preferred date.
- If your first choice for a new date isn't available, we'll work with you to find suitable alternatives.
- There are no fees for rescheduling, provided we have availability.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. This helps us manage our resources and offer spots to other travelers.
15+ Days Before Tour Date
No payment required. We appreciate the early notice.
Within 14 Days of Tour Date
Full payment is respectfully requested to cover commitments made for your tour.
To cancel, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. If a payment is applicable under these terms, we will provide details upon confirming your cancellation.
No-Show Policy
Failing to arrive for your scheduled tour without prior notification will be considered a last-minute cancellation. In such cases, the full tour payment will be required.
If you encounter unavoidable delays (e.g., border issues, travel disruptions), please inform us immediately. We always strive to be understanding and supportive.
Unexpected Events and Emergencies
We understand that true emergencies can occur (e.g., sudden illness, flight cancellations by airlines). In these exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While our standard policy generally applies, we promise to review each case individually and with compassion.
