At Wadi Rum Bedouin Tours, we operate based on trust, honor, and Bedouin hospitality. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our policies are designed to be flexible and fair, minimizing stress for our guests while ensuring we can manage our How We Trek responsibly.

For standard individual bookings

Booking Confirmation
We do not require a prepayment or deposit to confirm your standard booking. We trust your word as our bond.
Payment: Made upon arrival at our office. We accept Cash (JOD, USD, EUR). Credit cards may incur a small bank surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Since we do not take deposits, there are no cancellation fees for standard bookings.
However, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it. No-shows hurt our local community and guides who prepare for your arrival.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your tour dates free of charge, subject to availability.
We are also flexible with itinerary adjustments during the tour (e.g., shortening a hike due to fatigue) and will adjust pricing accordingly based on the actual activity.
Force Majeure
If we must cancel due to extreme weather (flash floods, sandstorms) or safety concerns, you will not be charged.
Your safety is our priority. We will attempt to offer a safe alternative or reschedule if conditions allow.
Note on Refunds
As payment is usually made on arrival, refunds are rarely applicable. If a deposit was paid for a custom large group event (exceptional cases), it is fully refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
